Dietitian – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide nutrition care to patients by conducting assessments, planning, implementing, and monitoring their nutritional needs.

• Conduct personalized patient assessments and reassessments.

• Create, document, and oversee nutritional care plans based on individual assessments and professional standards.

• Deliver nutrition education and develop educational programs for both patients and staff.

• Complete documentation and reports in accordance with established procedures and practices.

• Design, implement, and evaluate tools to enhance and sustain nutrition care for patients, staff, and the community.

• Carry out other assigned or necessary duties as required.

• Adhere to HIPAA, privacy, information security, legal, ethical, and company policy standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.

• Relevant experience within a specialized practice.

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD), or eligibility for registration with required attainment within six months of hire.

• Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN), or eligibility for licensure with required attainment within nine months of hire.

• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.

• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.

• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
