This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the code lifecycle.

• Build and maintain repositories, pipelines, deployments, and automated quality controls within the client's corporate orchestrator.

• Manage repositories in Salesforce DX format: structure, branches, merge policies, and conflict protocols.

• Construct and uphold continuous integration and deployment pipelines on Azure DevOps (YAML + SFDX).

• Implement quality gates: static analysis (Code Analyzer / PMD), coverage, and automatic validation through pull requests.

• Generate dynamic package.xml manifests with complete dependencies and destructiveChanges.xml.

• Prepare deployment and rollback scripts, along with runbooks for non-automatable manual steps.

• Automate the migration of configuration data between environments (SFDX Data Tree).

• Provide support to squads in their daily workflow and assist client teams during production handovers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps.

• Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using SFDX.

• Strong command of Git: branching strategies, conflict resolution, and pull request policies.

• Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Node and YAML.

• Familiarity with static analysis and quality gates integrated into the pipeline.

• Desirable: Experience with Azure DevOps: Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and Test Plans.

• Desirable: Experience with Copado, Gearset, or equivalent tools.

• Desirable: Functional knowledge of Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.

• Desirable: Experience in organizations with formal change control (banking, insurance).
