DevOps Engineer, Hebrew Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design and implement sophisticated cloud environments for clients utilizing automation tools and the latest technologies.

• Establish, manage, and enhance AWS cloud architecture.

• Provide support for infrastructure monitoring and alert notifications.

• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and technical problems.

• Create necessary automation solutions for clients.

• Aid in the development of customized architectures.

• Deploy advanced cloud services.

• Execute automation strategies.

• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with clients to ensure deliverables align with their needs and expectations.

• Implement large-scale monitoring and logging systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English is essential.

• Over 5 years of professional IT experience, particularly in Linux Networking and Security.

• More than 3 years of experience with cloud service providers like AWS or GCP.

• Familiarity with security solutions including firewalls, web gateways, and proxies.

• Extensive experience in Linux.

• Significant experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, Swarm, and Docker.

• Understanding of Agile methodology.

• Scripting skills in at least two languages: Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Experience in a customer-facing position.

• Innovative troubleshooting abilities and creative thinking.

• Capacity to learn diverse technologies and subjects.

• Solid understanding of Git and gitflow practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, and CodePipeline.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, and Serverless Framework.

• Awareness of serverless architecture.

• Experience with system monitoring solutions like Datadog and Prometheus is a plus.

• Familiarity with centralized logging systems such as ELK is a plus.

• Understanding of GitOps practices with ArgoCD and Flux is advantageous.

• Orientation towards information security is beneficial.

• AWS Certifications are a plus.

• Experience in production environments is advantageous.

• Knowledge of AWS Security tools and best practices, including Security Hub, AWS Config, WAF, and Shield, is a plus.

• Experience with AWS Landing Zone and multi-account strategies is advantageous.

• CKA / CKAD certification is a plus.
