DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance reusable GitHub Actions workflows, actions, and repository templates.

• Create and implement AI-assisted and agent-based engineering workflows on GitHub.

• Assist engineering teams in adopting these capabilities following established standards.

• Collaborate with Platforms to establish and maintain GitHub Actions runners, reusable actions, and workflows.

• Partner with the Principal DevOps Engineer and engineering teams to enhance GitHub usage.

• Identify opportunities for automation and streamline development processes.

• Ensure workflows and integrations remain secure, reliable, and maintainable.

• Provide support for updates and assist teams in diagnosing and resolving issues.

• Share expertise, documentation, and practical examples.

• Aid teams in adopting, maintaining, and extending GitHub workflows and agent-based engineering capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in GitHub and GitHub Actions, including the creation of workflows and reusable actions.

• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

• Familiarity with Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines.

• Understanding of application security principles.

• Awareness of cloud services and their functionalities.

• General development experience with internal systems.

• Background in AI-assisted or agent-based engineering.

• Scripting or general software development experience.

• Familiarity with developer tools, automation, and integration.

• Technically inclined, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Interest in enhancing the working experience of developers.

• Comfortable with collaboration, knowledge sharing, and learning new tools and methodologies.

• Able to independently push work forward.

• Eagerness to learn; prior experience in every listed area is not mandatory.
