DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance reusable workflows, actions, and repository templates utilizing GitHub Actions.

• Create and implement AI-driven and agentic engineering workflows on GitHub.

• Assist teams in adopting these capabilities while adhering to established standards.

• Collaborate with Platforms to construct and sustain GitHub Actions runners, as well as reusable actions and workflows.

• Work alongside the Principal DevOps Engineer and engineering teams to optimize GitHub usage.

• Identify opportunities for automation and streamline the development process.

• Ensure that workflows and integrations remain secure, reliable, and easy to maintain.

• Provide support for updates and assist teams in diagnosing and resolving issues.

• Disseminate knowledge, documentation, and practical examples.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in GitHub and GitHub Actions, with experience in building workflows and reusable actions.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic engineering practices.

• Background in scripting or general software development.

• Experience with developer tools, automation, and integration techniques.

• Demonstrates practical engineering skills, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn.

• Possesses a technical mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Capable of collaborating, sharing knowledge, and learning new tools and methodologies.

• Able to work independently and assist colleagues in effectively utilizing tools.
