This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance developer productivity by utilizing improved development tools.
• Maintain a strong relationship with the product team and actively participate in direct feature development.
• Take ownership of the CI/CD stack, ensuring it remains robust, observable, stable, and high-performing.
• Research, implement, and develop tools that empower developers to write new code efficiently.
• Guarantee that CI/CD infrastructure and processes are dependable and consistent.
• DevOps engineer with a background in software development.
• Strong expertise in Linux operating systems.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD stacks.
• Proficient in Ruby, Javascript, or Python.
• Familiarity with AWS technologies, such as EC2, load balancing, auto-scaling, IAM, S3, and Route53.
• Experience in telemetry and monitoring, utilizing tools like OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Kibana.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI build-time optimization, especially with Jenkins, Rspec, and Cypress/Playwright.
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB and/or ClickHouse.
• Experience with build systems such as Webpack and Gradle.
• Proficiency in CI tools like Jenkins and TeamCity.
