This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance developer productivity via improved development tools.
• Maintain a strong relationship with the product and actively participate in direct feature development.
• Take ownership of the CI/CD stack, ensuring it remains robust, observable, stable, and high-performing.
• Research, implement, and create tools that assist developers in writing new code.
• Ensure that CI/CD infrastructure and processes are dependable and consistent.
• Strong foundation in Linux.
• Experience in the development and maintenance of CI/CD stacks.
• Proficient in Ruby, JavaScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with AWS technologies, including EC2, load balancing, auto-scaling, IAM, S3, Route53, etc.
• Experience in telemetry and monitoring using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Kibana.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in optimizing CI build times, particularly with Jenkins, Rspec, and Cypress/Playwright.
• Familiar with MongoDB and/or ClickHouse.
• Experience with build systems such as Webpack and Gradle.
• Proficient with CI tools like Jenkins and TeamCity.
• Authorization to work for any employer in Poland without the need for visa support now or in the future.
