DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, provision, and maintain a secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.

• Leverage AWS EKS and ECS for container orchestration.

• Construct, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab CI and Azure DevOps.

• Provision and oversee cloud resources using Terraform.

• Execute configuration management and application deployment via Ansible.

• Develop maintainable Python code for automation, tooling, and system integrations.

• Monitor system performance and resolve complex infrastructure challenges.

• Implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with .NET development teams to enhance the development lifecycle.

• Optimize application architecture for cloud environments.

• Promote DevOps best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering roles.

• Demonstrated background in software development.

• Strong skills in algorithms and problem-solving.

• Highly proficient in Python.

• Practical experience in developing automation scripts, tools, and solutions.

• Extensive experience within the AWS ecosystem.

• In-depth knowledge of container orchestration with EKS and ECS.

• Solid hands-on experience with GitLab CI and Azure DevOps.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

• Expertise in configuration management with Ansible.

• Advanced knowledge of Git and branching strategies.

• Experience or background in .NET / C# technologies is a plus.

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar certifications are desirable.
