DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance cloud infrastructure and resources with a focus on cost-effectiveness and resilience.

• Improve technical monitoring and alerting systems to guarantee the availability and performance of essential services.

• Automate repetitive tasks to minimize manual intervention and maximize resource utilization.

• Investigate new technologies and tools that can boost team productivity.

• Refine CI/CD practices and manage secrets across the organization in accordance with security best practices and compliance requirements.

• Engage in on-call rotations for one week each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps.

• Proficient in managing cloud-based infrastructures, including AWS or other cloud platforms.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes/K8s, Docker, Helm, and similar containerization/orchestration technologies.

• Strong capabilities in configuring and managing monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana.

• Experience with Elastic APM is a significant advantage.

• Skilled in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions or similar tools.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and competence in resolving complex infrastructure issues.

• A proactive attitude and a business-focused approach to problem-solving.

• Familiarity with large-scale, distributed systems is a plus.
