DevOps, Data Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and implement infrastructure as code utilizing Terraform and AWS CDK

• Configure and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, AWS Code Pipelines, AWS CodeBuild, and Azure Artifacts

• Deploy and manage data infrastructures on AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Establish policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security

• Transform and load data through ETL processes

• Manage the data lifecycle from creation to archiving or deletion

• Work with cloud-based artificial intelligence services

• Optimize databases to enhance performance and scalability

• Facilitate the integration of data from various sources

• Monitor and adjust pipelines and data flows to maintain performance and reliability

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Platform Engineer and DevOps

• Experience working with data and infrastructure in cloud environments, preferably AWS; other clouds are also valued

• Experience with Airflow

• Experience with Spark

• Experience with Kafka

• Experience in cloud technologies

• Experience with Terraform

• Experience with CI/CD practices

• Experience with Jenkins

• Experience with pipelines

• Disability certification will be considered a plus
