This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Assist developers, partner agencies, and clients in grasping Storyblok and implementing headless architectures.
• Facilitate workshops, create tutorials and documentation, participate in webinars, record instructional videos, and deliver product demonstrations.
• Develop sample applications, prototypes, and code examples that highlight Storyblok and headless content management.
• Identify and document gaps and technical issues within Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services.
• Aid external developers in addressing missing functionalities or technical challenges using plugins, tools, applications, or custom scripts.
• Contribute code updates and bug fixes to public open-source projects, including SDKs, sample applications, and starter kits.
• Suggest new or improved features for Storyblok Headless CMS based on interactions with enterprise customers and the developer community.
• Monitor, engage with, and support the community on platforms like Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
• Represent Storyblok at both online and in-person events and public speaking engagements.
• Lead Storyblok booths and take part in sponsored events.
• Oversee the documentation, tutorials, and onboarding roadmap.
• Act as an authority and advocate for Storyblok and headless CMS.
• Monitor external communities to uncover new content opportunities.
• Over 5 years of experience in web development.
• Familiarity with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is an advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of consuming RESTful APIs; knowledge of GraphQL APIs is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte, including their fundamental principles.
• Experience in public speaking.
• Proven experience organizing meetups or other events.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Experience with customer calls, developer support, or related developer relations activities is preferred.
• Background in technical writing is desirable.
• AI literacy and the ability to utilize AI tools while exercising sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders and across departments.
