Developer Relations, Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Expand the developer community utilizing Axelera technologies

• Establish trust and credibility within the Axelera AI ecosystem and among third-party developers

• Engage with audiences, promote products, and ensure the community is useful and well-moderated

• Address technical inquiries across community platforms, GitHub, and social media channels

• Assist developers in troubleshooting driver issues, SDK compatibility challenges, and performance optimization

• Create and disseminate product updates, tutorials, social media content, and newsletters

• Leverage AI tools to draft, adapt, and localize content while ensuring technical precision

• Foster relationships with influencers, edge AI experts, power users, hobbyists, and integrators

• Organize and facilitate community events, webinars, and meetups, both virtually and in person

• Highlight Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU functionalities

• Collect and communicate community feedback to product development teams

• Advocate for features requested by the community and additions to the model zoo

• Expand the community while ensuring the quality, categorization, tagging, and response-time SLAs of forums

• Utilize AI-assisted tools to manage and direct incoming inquiries

• Monitor response times, resolution rates, sentiment, growth, and other metrics related to community health

• Apply AI-driven analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights

• Promote contributions to the Voyager SDK, including issues, forks, pull requests, and other open-source initiatives

• Collaborate with community members and internal engineering teams to address public technical challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of the AI hardware landscape

• Experience in community management or developer relations within a technical organization, preferably in semiconductor, embedded systems, or AI/ML tools

• Established presence or credibility within AI and developer communities

• Proven ability to build relationships with technical stakeholders

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to translate SDK-level and hardware-level details into clear content for both hobbyists and enterprise engineers

• Familiarity with GitHub, forums, Discord/Slack-type tools, social media platforms, and community management software

• Practical knowledge of modern AI tools, including LLM-based writing and research assistants, AI analytics, and content generation tools

• Competence in critically assessing AI-generated outputs and performing human reviews for accuracy

• Sound understanding of the software/SDK development lifecycle

• Ability to engage in discussions concerning model deployment, drivers, and pipeline creation

• Experience with or genuine interest in maker communities, such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, single-board computers, or home automation

• Authentic enthusiasm for fostering a technical, self-sustaining community

• Proficient in designing and implementing community strategies that enhance engagement and product adoption

• Comfortable working with engagement data and performance metrics
