Developer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement developer marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness, acquisition, activation, and sustained engagement for Blocks Network.

• Create effective positioning and messaging tailored for AI application and agent developers.

• Establish a strong presence within developer communities and convert feedback into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with Developer Relations to produce tutorials, demonstrations, sample projects, launch content, workshops, and technical resources.

• Strategize campaigns and content dissemination across documentation, newsletters, social media, community forums, events, partnerships, and third-party ecosystems.

• Enhance the developer journey from initial discovery to the successful completion of their first build, utilizing qualitative feedback, funnel data, and experimentation.

• Define and report on metrics including qualified developer acquisition, activation, community engagement, retention, and advocacy.

• Contribute to shaping how early developer communities discover, comprehend, and utilize Blocks Network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developer marketing, technical marketing, developer relations, or product marketing for a technical product, or a similar role.

• Strong technical proficiency with APIs, SDKs, AI development workflows, and coding examples.

• Proven history of creating and disseminating technical content or campaigns that successfully transition developers from awareness to hands-on product engagement.

• Solid track record of leveraging quantitative analytics and experimentation frameworks to drive growth and optimize developer funnel performance.

• Community-oriented and collaborative mindset working across Product, Growth, Engineering, and Developer Relations teams.

• Knowledge of AI application development, agents, LLM tooling, or related developer ecosystems.

• Capability to utilize AI-assisted development tools for prototyping simple demos, landing-page experiences, examples, or other technical marketing materials.
