This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +38 more states.
β’ Create paid media advertising content for platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic, adhering to their specifications.
β’ Develop responsive email and SMS creative along with template systems for platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or other similar services.
β’ Construct landing pages and conduct A/B testing on variations based on written briefs and hypotheses.
β’ Consistently apply established brand systems and guidelines across all client deliverables.
β’ Utilize AI tools for brainstorming ideas, generating assets, creating ad variants, and refining designs.
β’ Oversee multiple concurrent projects and clients while proactively communicating about workload and timelines.
β’ Prepare organized and well-structured files for handoff to developers, media buyers, or lifecycle marketers.
β’ Articulate the rationale behind creative decisions and how deliverables meet the brief, hypothesis, or brand objectives.
β’ Potentially take charge of creative direction for intricate multi-channel campaigns, present ideas directly to clients, and help advance brand systems.
β’ 3β6+ years of experience in design for branding, paid media, lifecycle/email, or related fields.
β’ Practical experience in designing paid social and display ad content according to platform specifications.
β’ Hands-on experience crafting email and/or SMS creative for an email service provider.
β’ Strong proficiency in Figma, producing fast, clean, and well-organized files.
β’ A portfolio that showcases production-quality work across paid media, email/SMS, and web platforms.
β’ Comfort in working within established brand systems.
β’ Active and demonstrable use of AI tools integrated into daily design workflows.
β’ Ability to create and manage brand-specific AI agents.
β’ Proven experience in developing AI-integrated workflows and building agents.
β’ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable under tight deadlines.
β’ Candidates must reside in the United States; the company cannot hire in California, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, New York, or New Jersey.
β’ 1099 independent contractor status required.
β’ Paid evaluation period at the full contract rate for the first 5β10 business days.
β’ Compensation for all hours worked during the evaluation period.
