This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement creative strategies for digital media, paid advertising, social platforms, websites, and other online channels.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Design Lead, and Video Lead to generate innovative visual concepts while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
• Design performance-oriented visuals that aid in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Create versatile and scalable content tailored for various campaigns and channels.
• Oversee projects from the initial idea stage through execution, including proofing, revisions, and final delivery, all while adhering to deadlines.
• Work closely with project managers to coordinate timelines, workflows, and deliverables using tools like Workfront, Wrike, or similar applications.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to present creative ideas and justifications.
• Maintain and enforce brand identity standards across all creative outputs.
• Contribute to brand evolution through advanced motion graphics and innovative technical applications.
• Collaborate with external agencies for creative brainstorming, file sharing, editing, and refinement processes.
• Team up with lead videographers to produce video edits, cutdowns, and files ready for production.
• Utilize video editing and motion graphics expertise for both short- and long-form content.
• Convert audience insights and performance analytics into visual concepts that enhance performance marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design, social media, video production, and motion graphics.
• Share knowledge of AI tools and best practices to enhance creative quality, efficiency, and speed to market.
• A degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related discipline; or five or more years of relevant professional design experience with a robust portfolio.
• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
• High-level proficiency in design, photography, and creative software, including Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express, and Lightroom.
• Intermediate skills in video editing and motion graphics software, including After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing outstanding design concepts, typography, both short- and long-form video, and creative projects across social media, paid media, digital platforms, and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively within diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• A collaborative and adaptable mindset, ready to contribute across graphic design, video, and motion graphics projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI's role in the creative process, including regular use of AI tools for concept exploration, iteration generation, and final production support.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Flow, Gemini, Claude, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, CapCut Pro, or similar platforms.
• All employees must reside and perform work within the United States.
• Must be open to travel as required.
• Completion of all relevant pre-employment screening requirements is necessary.
• Employment eligibility verification in compliance with federal law, including remote Form I-9 verification, is required.
• Preferred: Advanced understanding of design principles, image optimization, user experience, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics best practices.
• Preferred: Intermediate experience in video editing and production using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related software.
• Bonus: Experience creating interactive spaces using platforms like Foleon, Instapage, or Ceros.
