This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate and implement creative concepts for digital platforms, including paid media, social media, websites, and other online channels.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Design Lead, and Video Lead to develop original visual ideas that align with brand strategy.
• Design performance-driven visuals aimed at lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Create versatile and scalable content suitable for various campaigns and channels.
• Manage projects from initial concept through execution, proofreading, revisions, and final delivery.
• Work together with project managers to establish timelines, workflows, and deliverables using tools like Workfront, Wrike, or similar platforms.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and team leaders, presenting creative ideas and the reasoning behind them.
• Maintain and enforce brand identity guidelines.
• Advance the brand through innovative motion assets and technical applications.
• Collaborate with external agencies for creative brainstorming, file sharing, editing, and refinements.
• Partner with lead videographers to produce video edits, cutdowns, and production-ready files.
• Utilize video editing and motion graphics skills to create both short- and long-form content.
• Convert audience segments and performance metrics into visual concepts tailored for performance marketing.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design, social media, video, and motion graphics.
• Share knowledge of AI tools and best practices to enhance creative quality, efficiency, and speed to market.
• A degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related discipline; or five or more years of professional design experience backed by a robust portfolio.
• Demonstrated professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Advanced skills in design, photography, and creative software, including Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express, and Lightroom.
• Intermediate skills in video editing and motion graphics software, including After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing outstanding design concepts, typography, short- and long-form video, and creative work across social media, paid media, digital, web, and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• A collaborative and adaptable mindset, eager to contribute across graphic design, video, and motion graphics projects.
• Proven understanding of AI in the creative workflow, including daily usage of AI tools for concept exploration, generating iterations, and supporting final production.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Flow, Gemini, Claude, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, CapCut Pro, or similar tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Must reside and work within the United States.
• Successful completion of relevant pre-employment screening requirements.
