Designer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop engaging designs for integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential channels.

• Work in collaboration with Art Directors and Copywriters to build robust design systems and enhance brand communication across various platforms.

• Convert creative briefs, brand strategies, and business objectives into clear and captivating designs.

• Take ownership of art and design deliverables from the initial concept phase to final execution.

• Handle feedback and revisions in an efficient manner.

• Modify brand and product assets for diverse audiences, platforms, and formats while ensuring brand consistency.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and collaborative working sessions.

• Contribute ideas, references, and solutions during creative discussions.

• Adhere to deadlines, manage multiple projects, and communicate proactively when priorities change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of design experience is required.

• Experience in CPG design is preferred.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
