Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Create innovative concepts and designs for both traditional and digital brand touchpoints, such as direct mail, print materials, social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, as well as event and environmental graphics.

• Foster reliable relationships with business partners while suggesting suitable communication approaches and styles tailored to target audiences.

• Work alongside Creative team members to address project requirements and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Act as a brand ambassador by educating business partners about guidelines and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

• Keep design skills sharp and stay updated on current trends and production methods.

• Provide design justifications to team leadership and business partners.

• Modify designs based on feedback from business partners and the team.

• Integrate creative thinking with business partner expectations to convey ideas that align with project goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic arts is necessary.

• Extensive experience in layout, photography, illustration, and designing for digital platforms.

• Strong knowledge and experience in creating advertising, marketing, and promotional materials.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

• Capability to work autonomously under tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comprehensive understanding of visual design principles.

• Experience in the financial services sector or another highly regulated industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with Figma is preferred.

• Ability to manage feedback from various stakeholders is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational skills, including knowledge of project management tools, are preferred.
