This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Guide the design strategy and results for intricate, cross-functional B2B product initiatives
• Collaborate with enterprise clients and senior leaders
• Establish design direction, offer feedback, and contribute actively using Figma when necessary
• Deliver high-quality products while communicating design rationale, trade-offs, and decisions
• Conduct workshops and strategy sessions to clarify complex issues
• Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure smooth processes and handoffs
• Advocate for design thinking to internal stakeholders and global clients
• Mentor Design Leads and assist in skill development
• Cultivate psychological safety and trust within distributed teams
• Contribute to and maintain a robust design culture through systems, rituals, and tools
• Lead effectively amidst growth, change, uncertainty, and scalability
• Over 10 years of experience in product design
• More than 4 years in a Design Manager or similar senior design leadership position
• Background in a B2B product or services organization, agency, consultancy, or comparable setting
• Demonstrated success in achieving design outcomes within complex, cross-functional B2B contexts
• Strong product mindset with the ability to achieve results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Experience engaging with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Figma
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and articulating design rationale and trade-offs
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and strategy sessions
• Strong collaborative skills with engineers and product managers, focusing on shared processes and resolving handoff challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Capacity to provide direct, constructive feedback
• High standards for craftsmanship, systems thinking, and operational excellence
• Experience mentoring Design Leads, including offering guidance and supporting craft development
• Ability to create trust and promote psychological safety in distributed teams
• Experience contributing to and nurturing design culture through systems, rituals, or tools
• Adaptable and resilient in rapidly growing environments
