This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design and develop robust and scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Analyze complex technical and functional requirements and transform them into smooth and efficient software solutions.

• Enhance code quality through technical reviews, refactoring, and best mobile practices.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Architecture teams to ensure agile deliveries focused on user experience.

• Drive large-scale software projects for international clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in mobile application development.

• Solid and advanced proficiency in Flutter and the Dart programming language.

• Experience in developing, maintaining, and scaling mobile applications in production environments.

• Analytical skills for defining and transforming functional requirements into clean code.

• Previous experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and multidisciplinary teams.

• Native Spanish speaker.

• Dart — Expert.

• Flutter — Expert.

• Agile projects and Scrum methodologies — Intermediate.
