• Design and develop robust and scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Analyze complex technical and functional requirements and transform them into seamless and efficient software solutions.

• Enhance code quality through technical reviews, refactoring, and best mobile development practices.

• Collaborate directly with Product, QA, and Architecture teams.

• Ensure agile deliveries focused on user experience.

• Over 5 years of proven experience in mobile application development.

• Strong and advanced mastery of Flutter and the Dart programming language.

• Experience in the development, maintenance, and scalability of mobile applications in production environments.

• Analytical skills for defining and transforming functional requirements into clean code.

• Previous work experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and in multidisciplinary teams.

• Proactivity and autonomy to manage oneself, propose technical improvements, and drive solutions without constant supervision.

• Ability to actively integrate with QA, Product, and Design roles.

• Clear and precise communication of complex technical ideas.
