Deployment Strategist – Global Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage with key customers to comprehend their AI transformation objectives and pinpoint challenges in customer-facing and operational processes.

• Take ownership of flagship deals from start to finish, including use-case identification, commercial-term structuring, and closing.

• Integrate with strategic customers as a trusted advisor, dedicating substantial time onsite and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

• Identify impactful use cases and work together with Forward Deployed Software Engineers for implementation.

• Advise customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents, covering agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and overall impact.

• Scope applications in new industries and broaden AI solutions across various global sectors.

• Present project outcomes and proposals for future work to both technical teams and C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with Research teams to provide field insights that enhance ElevenLabs’ platform and models.

• Create and deliver demonstrations of ElevenAgents and other AI technologies.

• Work alongside customer engineering and executive teams to transition agents into production and achieve measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in a technical role working directly with customers.

• Preferred experience with enterprise customers.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Strong commercial instinct and comfort with deal negotiations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles.

• Basic knowledge of Python and familiarity with API integration.

• Capability to prototype, demonstrate, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven history of managing complex, ambiguous projects and achieving results.

• Flexibility across various customer environments, industries, and technical applications.

• Technical knowledge and familiarity with common LLM, tools, and AI agent frameworks.

• Ability to align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.

• Proficiency in English and French.

• In-depth understanding of regional and cultural differences.

• Willingness to travel frequently for customer onsite visits.
