📋 Description

• Facilitate high-level working sessions with client leadership to pinpoint operational challenges, assess financial implications, and establish success metrics.

• Create detailed functional solution specifications and develop as well as prioritize delivery backlogs.

• Oversee scope boundaries and manage the final acceptance testing process.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through rapid build cycles.

• Address organizational friction and ensure alignment between client executives and technical teams.

• Organize solution rollouts and set up user onboarding and change management procedures.

• Track post-launch performance and document ROI with client stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and foster long-term partnerships.

• Recognize ongoing operational issues and define the scope for subsequent advisory projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in management consulting (MBB / Big 4) or specialized data/tech advisory practices.

• Proven experience in driving technology-enabled strategies.

• Over 5 years of experience managing complex, client-facing technology deployments, advisory initiatives, or consulting engagements.

• Extensive knowledge of modern data architectures, AI applications, and enterprise software workflows.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate complex corporate settings, align various stakeholder groups, and influence senior leadership.

• Flexible, hands-on professional who takes full accountability for engagement results.

• Must be based in the EU.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
