Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Engage with key customers to comprehend their AI transformation objectives and pinpoint challenges in customer-facing and operational workflows.

• Manage flagship deals from start to finish, including recognizing use cases, structuring commercial agreements, and driving deals to completion.

• Integrate with strategic customers, serve as a trusted partner, spend significant time on-site, and take ownership of delivery outcomes.

• Identify significant use cases and work alongside Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them.

• Advise customers on the deployment of ElevenAgents, covering agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.

• Define applications in new industries and extend AI solutions across various global sectors.

• Present results of work and proposals for future initiatives to technical teams and C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with Research teams to integrate field insights into the platform and models, helping to shape the roadmap.

• Create and deliver demonstrations of ElevenAgents and broader AI technologies.

• Work alongside customers' engineering and executive teams to achieve production deployment and measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience working with customers in a technical role; direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Strong commercial instinct and comfort in deal discussions, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles.

• Basic knowledge of Python and familiarity with API integration.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven success in managing complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.

• Flexibility across various customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.

• Technical proficiency and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.

• Capability to align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.
