This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements with dental providers.

• Recontract dentists who are currently under Humana agreements to the new contract.

• Relay contract terms, payment models, and reimbursement rates to providers effectively.

• Maintain contracts and related documentation in a tracking system.

• Support the identification and recruitment of providers based on network composition and requirements.

• Make informed decisions regarding work methodologies and determine suitable courses of action.

• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures.

• Participate in special projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in negotiating managed care contracts with physicians, hospitals, or other providers, and/or experience in a dental office working with insurance.

• Skilled in analyzing, understanding, and conveying the financial implications of contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Availability to work during EST/CST hours.

• Experience with Value-Based Contracting.

• Background in working with dental offices.

• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.

• Self-provided internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
