Dental Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-touch, in-person training sessions for physicians and staff implementing intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Guide teams through live observations, reinforce best practices, and adapt training on-the-fly.

• Encourage early case submissions during training by eliminating obstacles and boosting confidence.

• Collaborate with clinicians and practice leaders to promote scanning habits and facilitate early adoption.

• Monitor results during the initial 30 days and identify specific coaching opportunities.

• Provide field insights to develop scalable resources, enhance onboarding, and strengthen future training sessions.

• Evaluate readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment availability.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that resources, messaging, and tools are prepared prior to training.

• Tailor training strategies according to practice size, complexity, and clinical objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in delivering clinical training focused on digital dentistry or dental technology.

• Strong understanding of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Experience training groups of up to ten assistants or staff simultaneously.

• Willingness and eagerness to travel up to 85% across the nation.

• Reside near a major airport.

• Must be within a 60-minute drive to an airport.

• Comfortable working alongside senior leaders, clinicians, and staff.

• Able to operate independently in the field and adjust plans in real time.

• More than 3 years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Solutions-focused approach to onboarding, training, and adoption processes.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
