Delivery Systems Administrator – Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main administrator and technical authority for the organization's delivery platform, showcasing in-depth knowledge of ClickUp.

• Design, configure, and oversee the platform architecture, which includes hierarchy, custom fields, templates, dashboards, forms, permissions, views, and relationships.

• Ensure platform governance, maintain documentation, uphold standards, and monitor overall system health.

• Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to implement platform improvements that enhance the delivery operating model.

• Assess new platform functionalities and propose enhancements to boost usability, scalability, and organizational efficiency.

• Create, implement, and sustain workflow automations to minimize manual tasks and enhance consistency.

• Develop and manage AI Agents, Skills, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Spot opportunities to streamline operational processes through automation and intelligent workflows.

• Develop and sustain integrations between ClickUp and other business systems.

• Investigate emerging AI and automation capabilities, providing practical application recommendations.

• Construct executive dashboards and operational reports to offer insights into delivery performance.

• Ensure accurate, consistent, and well-governed operational data for effective reporting and decision-making.

• Convert operational requirements into scalable platform configurations and workflow enhancements.

• Collaborate with Delivery Leads and business stakeholders to refine delivery workflows, reporting, and system utilization.

• Continuously seek ways to enhance organizational execution through improved tools, automation, and operational practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in administering ClickUp within a medium or large organization.

• Expert understanding of ClickUp architecture, including hierarchy, dashboards, automations, custom fields, permissions, templates, forms, relationships, and reporting.

• Experience in designing workflow automations, AI Agents, Skills, and system integrations.

• Strong systems thinking ability to design scalable operational workflows and enhance business processes.

• Experience in developing executive dashboards and leveraging operational data for decision-making.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Capability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while independently managing multiple priorities.

• Preferred experience in supporting Delivery, PMO, Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management organizations.

• Preferred experience in integrating ClickUp with third-party platforms using APIs or automation tools.

• Familiarity with Agile software development and portfolio management is preferred.

• Preferred experience with SQL, scripting, business intelligence platforms, or advanced reporting tools.

• Preferred experience in implementing AI-enabled operational processes.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
