Delivery Partner, CST Hours – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Efficiently deliver Magnit’s products and services to clients

• Ensure quality client service and manage daily site operations, emphasizing contractual obligations within the Scope of Work

• Provide support for one or more product lines, including payroll, compliance, or staffing desk

• Keep Standard Operating Procedures up to date for daily operations

• Introduce new processes or refine existing ones to enhance efficiency

• Conduct screenings, pre-employment checks, orientations, and maintain precise Magnit VMS records for payroll operations

• Address and resolve Employee Relations and worker-related issues, escalating significant matters to the Delivery Manager or senior Magnit personnel

• Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through Magnit VMS, managing relationships with staffing suppliers and hiring managers

• Meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and provide pertinent information to approved suppliers

• Resolve issues related to workers, managers, and staffing agencies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

• Required healthcare recruitment/staffing experience – stipend/locums worker management

• Over 3 years of experience in Management Service Provider (MSP) client services, account management in staffing, or full-cycle recruitment

• Preferred experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Magnit VMS, Fieldglass, Beeline)

• Familiarity with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders (hiring managers, vendors/staffing suppliers, candidates)

• Must be available to work CST hours
