This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the SAP Business One delivery team

• Enhance practice performance through utilization, revenue, gross margin, delivery goals, and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop delivery plans and growth strategies

• Forecast and plan margins and resources while ensuring alignment

• Assume full ownership of delivery execution from initiation to completion

• Monitor scope, budgets, change requests, approvals, risks, and client commitments

• Match team skills and availability with client requirements, project priorities, and business objectives

• Offer guidance, coaching, constructive feedback, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with HR, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance engagement and delivery excellence

• 5–10 years of experience in delivery management, consulting leadership, professional services, or a similar field

• Proven people leadership skills to coach teams, foster engagement, and enhance delivery performance

• Strong commercial insight in utilization, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business objectives

• Experience in ERP delivery

• Preferably experienced with SAP Business One; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite is also valued

• Excellent execution abilities in project management, communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and problem-solving

• Bilingual in French and English is an additional advantage

• An MBA or formal business education is a plus
