Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery across various interconnected projects or workstreams to ensure alignment with program objectives.

• Maintain a comprehensive overview of progress, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.

• Assist in shaping the roadmap and program-level planning in collaboration with Technical Leads and product/strategy stakeholders.

• Facilitate discussions to align on priorities, architecture, and sequencing.

• Lead the delivery process utilizing Kanban and flow-based agile methodologies.

• Monitor work-in-progress, identify blockers, track throughput, and prioritize upcoming tasks.

• Balance the delivery of features, technical debt, architectural enhancements, and research initiatives.

• Mitigate bottlenecks to ensure a seamless delivery process.

• Provide succinct reports for program sponsors and senior management.

• Monitor objectives, milestones, and commitments across various workstreams.

• Document decisions, risks, issues, and action items.

• Contribute to the maturation of TwinStream’s agile delivery governance framework.

• Identify and manage program-level risks, coordinating dependencies across teams and vendors.

• Employ a pragmatic RAID process to facilitate mitigation strategies.

• Serve as the primary coordination point for engineering, Technical Leads, internal stakeholders, and relevant customers.

• Provide delivery updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Assist commercial teams with pre-sales, estimation, and contract/change discussions.

• Enhance TwinStream’s delivery framework, tools, documentation, and scalable delivery models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.

• Eligible for DV clearance.

• Must fulfill UK Government residency and right-to-work criteria associated with the required clearance level.

• Experience in managing software delivery across multiple teams or workstreams.

• Strong knowledge of flow-based agile delivery and program-level planning.

• Proven capability to identify cross-cutting risks, significant dependencies, and structural obstacles.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels.

• Confident in operating in environments that prioritize structure while minimizing heavy processes.

• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to provide clarity amid uncertainty.
