This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination and governance tasks.

• Oversee project documentation and manage SharePoint structures.

• Create management presentations and compile project reports.

• Organize project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities.

• Foster collaboration between business and IT teams.

• Monitor actions, decisions, and overall project progress.

• Aid in stakeholder communication to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project.

• Accurately update payment and forecast files for the current month within the specified reporting timelines.

• Guarantee that reliable financial information is accessible for CIO meetings.

• Upload customer contract documents and initiate signature processes with relevant project stakeholders.

• Review invoices for approval and commence payment processes following necessary approvals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Frequent use of AI tools to enhance productivity, automate or minimize repetitive tasks, aid in decision-making, and achieve higher-quality results.

• Capability to utilize AI tools responsibly by crafting effective prompts, critically assessing outputs, recognizing limitations, and taking accountability for the final result.

• Proficiency in German at level C1.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Significant PMO or project management experience in intricate IT or transformation settings.

• Strong organizational skills and German communication abilities.

• Experience collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.

• A proactive, organized, and hands-on approach to work.
