Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage intricate backlogs, ensuring the organization, prioritization, and development of requirements.

• Direct delivery planning and monitoring, guaranteeing that deadlines, scope, and priorities are achieved.

• Manage workflow by identifying obstacles, risks, dependencies, and areas that need attention.

• Act as the intermediary between the business, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor delivery, productivity, capacity, and performance indicators related to commitments.

• Provide visibility into the progress of initiatives and communicate status, risks, and deviations.

• Facilitate the necessary alignments and ceremonies to ensure progress in delivery.

• Assist in defining and reviewing priorities with the relevant teams.

• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes, aiming for enhanced efficiency and predictability.

• Ensure that requirements are well-structured before entering the development phase.

• Aid in resolving conflicts, dependencies, and obstacles that may threaten delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or a comparable role, with substantial delivery management expertise.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex backlogs.

• Background in Technology environments and the development of digital products/solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and flow management practices.

• Experience in managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• An analytical, proactive, and problem-solving approach.

• Strong commitment to delivery and fulfilling commitments.

• Experience in highly complex environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Knowledge of backlog management and delivery tracking tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Experience in managing delivery KPIs and metrics.

• Relevant certifications or education in Agile practices, Project Management, or Product Management.
