Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead or assist in the technical deployment of Sprinklr modules (Social, Service, Marketing, Insights) for enterprise clients.

• Design and implement intricate platform configurations, including rule engines, custom reporting, and user-governance frameworks.

• Oversee API integrations between Sprinklr and external enterprise systems, such as CRM, CDP, and Data Lakes.

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address any defects prior to production rollout.

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks for client transitions.

• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure that delivery milestones are achieved on schedule and within scope.

• Provide a complete Sprinklr solution implementation, from initial requirement collection through system architecture, configuration, testing, and go-live.

• Partner with data engineering and AI teams to incorporate the platform into clients' broader technology ecosystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration.

• Recent graduates must hold valid Sprinklr implementation or architecture certifications.

• Demonstrated capability to configure complex SaaS platforms and an understanding of relational data structures.

• Knowledge of API protocols (REST, JSON) and enterprise integration patterns.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client deliverables concurrently.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client-facing engagements.
