Delivery Acceleration Tools Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the installation of tools and analyze operational data to support the Delivery Acceleration and Insurance Product departments independently.

• Act as the subject matter expert on Agility for the Insurance Product team.

• Establish standards for the use of Agility tools across various teams.

• Utilize Fabric and AI capabilities to extract data, generate productivity metrics, create executive-ready narratives, and develop scorecard views.

• Assist strategic initiatives and teams that do not utilize the Agility platform.

• Investigate, recommend, and implement tools for planning, prioritization sequencing, intake, reporting, delivery tracking, and operational processes.

• Facilitate Delivery Acceleration prioritization by linking tool data, delivery progress, dependencies, and risks to business outcomes and leadership decisions.

• Collaborate with business architecture, digital product technology, and operations to gather insights, validate direction, refine standards, enhance consistency, and foster adoption.

• Drive simplification, reusability, standardization, automation, and scaling opportunities across tools, reporting routines, and operational processes.

• Cultivate relationships with business and technology partners, influencing them through effective communication and structured recommendations.

• Manage highly complex work independently with minimal guidance.

• Employ systems thinking to enhance data quality, delivery discipline, and the alignment of tools and processes with business outcomes, risks, and decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in data analysis, Fabric, and AI skills.

• Familiarity with Agility tools and Agile methodologies.

• Capability to leverage data for measuring productivity, cycle time, throughput, outcomes, adoption, and value realization.

• Skill in creating productivity metrics, executive-ready narratives, and scorecard views.

• Background investigation is required.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions while working from home.

• Appropriate desk and seating arrangement required for remote work.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
