Delivery Acceleration Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and implement standardized processes, ceremonies, and artifacts across Insurance Product teams.

• Develop product-oriented processes utilizing Agile, Scrum, or other lifecycle management frameworks.

• Guide and mentor teams in the implementation of processes through leadership and influence.

• Promote process adoption throughout portfolios and involve stakeholders in change management strategies.

• Oversee process documentation and standards, enhancing operational excellence practices.

• Engage in Product Lifecycle discussions and document process requirements.

• Lead delivery lifecycle practices, encompassing risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.

• Independently oversee high-complexity projects.

• Utilize systems thinking to comprehend impacts across processes and teams.

• Discover opportunities for enhancement, efficiency, and simplification.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback and refine strategies.

• Foster relationships with partners.

• Support operational routines by aligning processes with business outcomes, risks, and decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience (Preferred).

• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, or other lifecycle management frameworks.

• Familiarity with change management, continuous improvement, data compilation, insurance, insurance analysis, insurance management, insurance underwriting, strategic planning, strategic thinking, and trend analysis.

• Must undergo a background investigation.

• Generally, must not require employment-based visa sponsorship.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace when working from home.

• Suitable desk and seating arrangements for remote work.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

• Valid Photo Identification required at the start of a virtual interview (not necessary for internal candidates).
