Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial contact stage through to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program structures, and anticipated outcomes clearly.

• Assist clients in navigating emotionally and financially challenging decisions.

• Facilitate efficient decision-making and secure opportunities, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and perform targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales environments.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with consistent achievement of goals.

• Strong aptitude for navigating both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Access to a high-speed internet/fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 12:30pm and 9:00pm CDT (Texas).
