Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial outreach to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program frameworks, and anticipated results in a clear manner.

• Combine empathy with guidance to assist customers in navigating complex decisions.

• Facilitate efficient decision-making and close deals, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement focused follow-up to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for roles in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based position with a track record of meeting goals.

• Strong skills in managing both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in overseeing a sales pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Reliable high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday evening shifts.

• Capability to work 8-hour shifts between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM CDT.
