Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial outreach to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program frameworks, and anticipated outcomes clearly.

• Combine empathy with guidance while assisting customers in navigating intricate decisions.

• Facilitate prompt decision-making and close sales opportunities, frequently within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement focused follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Support customers in discovering personalized solutions to regain control over their finances.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Documented success in a commission-based role with a track record of meeting goals.

• Strong capability to manage both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in handling a sales pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial circumstances, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent credential.

• Access to high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday during daytime shifts.

• Capability to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CDT.
