Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial contact through to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of customers’ financial situations.

• Clarify debt resolution strategies, program structures, and anticipated results.

• Assist customers in navigating emotionally and financially complex choices.

• Facilitate quick decision-making and close deals, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and perform targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for candidates with consultative financial sales experience.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with consistent achievement of goals.

• Strong capability to handle both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial scenarios, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must have a high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday day shifts.

• Capacity to work 8-hour shifts with start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM CDT.
