Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial contact to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of customers’ financial circumstances.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program structure, and anticipated outcomes clearly.

• Assist customers in navigating emotionally and financially intricate decisions.

• Facilitate efficient decision-making and close sales opportunities, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and perform targeted follow-ups to optimize conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales environments.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a track record of meeting goals.

• Proficient in handling both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experienced in pipeline management and prioritizing sales opportunities.

• Comfortable discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• High-speed internet or fiber broadband connection necessary.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday closing shifts.

• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts between 12:30pm and 9:00pm CDT.

• Residing in the Dallas or Houston, Texas metropolitan area.
