Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a pipeline consisting of high-debt, high-intent customers from their initial contact to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Clarify debt resolution strategies, program structures, and anticipated results.

• Assist customers in navigating emotionally and financially challenging decisions.

• Promote efficient decision-making and close deals, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based position with a consistent record of meeting goals.

• Strong aptitude for navigating both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and effectively prioritizing leads.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A reliable high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday during daytime hours.

• Capability to complete 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM CDT.
