Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from the initial contact through to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Clearly articulate debt resolution strategies, program structures, and anticipated outcomes.

• Merge empathy with guidance while helping customers navigate complex decisions.

• Facilitate efficient decision-making and close opportunities, frequently within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement targeted follow-up to optimize conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales environments.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with consistent goal achievement.

• Strong capability to engage in both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Access to high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday closing shifts.

• Capability to work 8-hour shifts between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM CDT (Texas).
