Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial interaction to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a complete understanding of each client's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program framework, and anticipated results.

• Balance empathy with guidance while assisting clients in navigating complex decisions.

• Facilitate prompt decision-making and secure prospects, frequently within 1–2 conversations.

• Prioritize prospects and implement targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Assist clients dealing with unsecured debt in finding tailored solutions to regain financial stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Proven track record of success in a commission-based role with consistent achievement of goals.

• Capability to engage in both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and prioritizing leads.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, potential trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Reliable high-speed internet/fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday closing shifts.

• Capacity to work 8-hour shifts between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM CDT.
