Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio of high-debt, high-intent clients from the first point of contact through to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' financial situations.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program framework, and anticipated results.

• Assist clients in navigating emotionally and financially challenging decisions.

• Facilitate effective decision-making and close deals, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and carry out focused follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a track record of meeting goals.

• Capable of navigating both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing and prioritizing a sales pipeline effectively.

• Comfortable discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• Must have a high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

• Availability to work day shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, starting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM CDT.
