Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a pipeline filled with high-debt, high-intent customers from the initial contact to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Effectively articulate debt resolution strategies, the structure of programs, and anticipated outcomes.

• Combine empathy and guidance to assist customers in navigating emotionally and financially complicated choices.

• Facilitate prompt decision-making and close deals, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement focused follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Assist customers in finding tailored solutions to regain control over their finances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for candidates with consultative financial sales experience.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a track record of meeting goals.

• Strong capacity to engage in both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must have a high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

• Capable of working 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CDT (Texas time).
