Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a pipeline comprising high-debt, high-intent customers from the initial outreach to enrollment.

• Facilitate consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program structures, and anticipated outcomes.

• Assist customers in navigating complex emotional and financial decisions.

• Promote efficient decision-making and close sales opportunities, frequently within 1-2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for candidates with a background in consultative or financial sales.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a consistent record of meeting goals.

• Strong aptitude for handling both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and prioritizing leads effectively.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Access to high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday during day shifts.

• Capability to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CDT.
