Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial contact to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program structure, and anticipated outcomes clearly.

• Balance empathy with guidance while assisting customers in navigating complex decisions.

• Facilitate efficient decision-making and close opportunities, typically within 1-2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and carry out targeted follow-up to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for experience in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based position with consistent achievement of goals.

• Capability to navigate both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a pipeline and prioritizing leads effectively.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• High-speed internet or fiber broadband access.

• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday during day shifts.

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm CDT.
