Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee a portfolio of high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial outreach to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s financial landscape.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program frameworks, and anticipated results.

• Assist customers in navigating emotionally and financially challenging decisions.

• Facilitate prompt decision-making and capitalize on opportunities, frequently within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement focused follow-up efforts to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience.

• Preference for experience in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a track record of meeting goals.

• Strong capability to engage in both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Comfort discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Reliable high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability for shifts on Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday during the day.

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts starting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM CDT.
