Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee a pipeline filled with high-debt, high-intent customers from the first contact to their enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program structures, and anticipated outcomes with clarity.

• Combine empathy with guidance as you assist customers through intricate decision-making processes.

• Promote effective decision-making and secure opportunities, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for experience in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a record of consistently meeting goals.

• Strong capability to handle both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Comfort in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Access to a high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work day shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts with starting times ranging between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM CDT.
