Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a pipeline consisting of high-debt, high-intent clients from their initial contact through to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to fully understand each client's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program details, and anticipated results.

• Assist clients in navigating emotionally and financially intricate decisions.

• Facilitate efficient decision-making and close sales opportunities, often within just 1–2 conversations.

• Prioritize leads and execute focused follow-up actions to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a track record of meeting goals.

• Strong skills in managing both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in pipeline management and effective opportunity prioritization.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Consistent access to high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability for closing shifts on Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.

• Capability to work 8-hour shifts between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM CDT.
